Delete Your De-Thorn Account

De-Thorn accounts are provided by Mellowdrum Apps LLC and use Google Sign-In for authentication.

If you would like to permanently delete your De-Thorn account and the personal information associated with it, you may submit a deletion request using the instructions below.

Request Account Deletion

Send an email to:

Use the subject:

De-Thorn Account Deletion Request

For account verification, please send the request from the same Google email address you use to sign in to De-Thorn.

After verifying your request, Mellowdrum Apps will delete the De-Thorn account information under our control associated with that account.

What Will Be Deleted

Account deletion includes:

• Your Firebase Authentication account associated with De-Thorn

• Your De-Thorn trial-start record and related account information stored in Firebase

• Other account-specific personal information controlled by Mellowdrum Apps that is no longer required to provide the service

What Happens to Your Cookbook

Your De-Thorn cookbook is primarily stored locally on your device and is not stored in Mellowdrum Apps' cloud database.

Deleting your online De-Thorn account does not necessarily erase recipe files, cookbook backups, or other information already stored locally on your device.

You may remove locally stored De-Thorn information by deleting the applicable data within the app, clearing the application's storage, or uninstalling De-Thorn.

Purchase Records

Some purchase or transaction information may continue to be retained by Google Play, RevenueCat, or Mellowdrum Apps where necessary to maintain purchase records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal, financial, or regulatory obligations.

Deleting your De-Thorn account does not alter records that Google Play is independently required to retain.
